I was reading somewhere else yesterday about a couple of other products.  One was by "Kit" (actually Simonize or something like that) and is made specifically for plastic polishing or scratch removal.  Someone else recommended a product by "Mothers" or "Meguir" for plastic polishing.  If you carefully scan the wax/polish/cleaning products at a big auto parts store you can probably find one of these.  Both products got good reviews from the persons recommending them, i.e. using a 6" buffer wheel in a drill to polish plastic headlight housings.
