Don't quote me on this, but I am almost certain that the BP station in Coon
Rapids, Minnesota sells E85.  I haven't been to that station recently, so
I'm not entirely sure.

10% is almost universal in Illinois, all grades all brands.  There are a few
no alcohol pumps but a very small minority.  I have never seen an 85% alky
pump.  It think the FS stations have them.
