[Shotimes] Deceleration questions

One thing you may consider, and I don't know why it would be different between two
SHOs is that the PCM keeps the idle up a bit when the car is moving. I think that
the VSS, where the speedo cable connects to the tranny, (MTX) tells the PCM not to
let the idle all the way down for emissions reasons if the car is moving.
Just a suggestion as a possible connection.
