[Shotimes] DAGNABIT....This High IDLE is killing me....Anyone please....some input

Those are tell-tale signs of a vacuum leak Frank.  If you run the codes and
get any sort of lean or rich mixture DTCs that would put the nail in the
coffin as far as I am concerned.
