[Shotimes] Outside Temp = -40 F

Just finished replacing the brake booster and master cylinder and everything
went back together nicely eccept now my climate control is telling me that the
outside temp is always -40.  I had to disconnect a lot of wire harnesses in
the brake booster area in order to remove it.  Did I forget one when I put her
back together or is this another problem?  Where is this signal generated?  I
also had the battery disconnected for about 2 weeks.
