[Shotimes] Code 25 (Knock sensor not sensed during dynamic response test.)

Rev the engine up higher/harder during the dynamic part of the test.
Sometimes if you don't floor it, the engine won't knock and the since the
sensor detects nothing the PCM returns a dead sensor code.
