[Shotimes] Code 25 (Knock sensor not sensed during dynamic response test.)

I remember reading somewhere when you blip the throttle it said 2000
RPM but I needed to go to over 4000 RPM to make the KOnER test to
work.  Also it matters that the engine is up to temperature.
