[Shotimes] Code 25 (Knock sensor not sensed during dynamic response test.)

When I got this result it was because I didn't go full throttle aggressively
enough during the "goose test".  The knock sensor didn't detect a knock
because there wasn't one.

As for the timing belt- if it isn't holding timing (how would you know this
anyway?) then it is possible because of wear in the keyway of the lower
timing gear, and not a problem with the belt itself.
