The army's no different.  A friend of mine relates her stories of all the
political BS she has to deal with to me all the time.  I mean I guess I'd
never hear an angle like this from my father, but he's an officer, and she
just made Sgt.......something like a year after she was supposed to be given
the promotion.  The shit always flows downhill I guess.
