Don't cut the bolt head, unless you have another one handy. It's a small
long bolt and has a cir-clip holding it.. I don't think it would work
anyway..
If it was me............ the PCM is junk one way or another now. So pry it
off the pcm..

My suggestion would be to use a dremel tool to cut the bolt head.
It will help minimize the collateral damage.
