I think your going to have to pull the entire unit out as a whole (connector
and pcm) then work on it, I would not worry too much about the harness
because the only thing you may wreck are the pins and they are on the pcm..

Well sir you were right, I got the head cut off and then tried to punch
it through. I got it in as far as it'd go and I still couldn't pull the
plug off.
What's the best way to pull it off, and keep it in decent enough shape
to not need a new wiring harness?
What's holding the PCM in after I get the plug off?

Don't cut the bolt head, unless you have another one handy. It's a

long bolt and has a cir-clip holding it.. I don't think it would work
anyway..
If it was me............ the PCM is junk one way or another now. So
pry it
off the pcm..
