I assume the PCM comes out of the glove box side, and not the firewall
side?

I had some channel locks on the PCM and bent it up pretty good already
trying to yank the whole contraption out...

I see a metal bracket thing and a couple studs, but I can't tell how
they're holding the PCM in (if at all).

I think your going to have to pull the entire unit out as a whole
(connector
and pcm) then work on it, I would not worry too much about the harness
because the only thing you may wreck are the pins and they are on the
pcm..
