[Shotimes] Compressor doesn't cycle

Ford doesn't use a high side switch up to 92 for sure. Older hoses are less
likely to leak as they are saturated with oil and are closed more. For a
long life the R12 oil needs to be replaced as it isn't compatible with 134a.
