[Shotimes] update on brakes

Over time, the rubber brake lines can break down.  Some even swell up on the
inside and this will block the lines enough that fluid will not go through
or I have seen that it was tight enough that the pressure will push the
fluid through enough to apply the brakes, but to tight to have the pressure
release when you let off the brake.  Then the brakes will stay applied and
cause premature wear on the associated items.

Why would the brake line be shut tight?? Clogged or crimped???
