[Shotimes] update on brakes

The little bracket that holds the hose in place rusts on the
inside, thus squeezing the hose closed. The hose was open
on both sides of the bracket, but not where the bracket
holds the hose. But only on the one side though. The other
side was almost completely open. Just a slight D shape to it.
