If the ABS is activated above a set speed (most manufacturers may be 
different from each other, so the speed may vary), ABS will work until the 
vehicle is stopped. If the vehicle is going slower than this speed (I 
thought it was 25mph, but the NHTSA site says 10mph+ is activation), ABS is 
not activated.
