[Shotimes] Front Strut R&R

In the long run, my experience is telling me to not mess around with that
type of hardware.  In other words, if it's in that condition where it
doesn't want to cooperate, just bust it and get new.  Most recent example
of that is the fuel tank strap retaining bolts.  The upside is you have
new hardware in there that should last a long time, the downside is
getting the replacement hardware and having to interrupt the job.
