[Shotimes] upgrading bulbs in headlights

The factory headlights are poor by design. Going with
a higer output bulb is not going to yield great
results.
The PIAA's use misleading advertising. They are 65/55
The only real solution is to get new headlamps,
possibly installed sylvania silverstar bulbs for a
minimal gain or to go all out and retrofit HID
projectors to the SHO which is a rather daunting task
that not many people are willing to undertake.
Have you checked out Herman's FAQ? Do a search for
"Herman Anker SHO headlight" and you'll find his site
quickly.
