[Shotimes] Cooling Fan Problem - How to troubleshoot?

wow... that's really wierd. if it gives you a 111 for the hard faults (all
pass), *then* a 542, it means that the ground was bad at one time, but it
isn't bad now. Honestly, i don't know what to make of that. If the fan
doesn't come on at all during the KOEO test, but there's voltage going to
the fan connector, that says to me 'bad fan motor' or 'seized fan bearing',
but the fan starts right up when you turn it onto MAX A/C... weird weird
weird. I would say there's an open somewhere that only happens once in a
while. Try doing the wiggle test
(http://www.dalidesign.com/hbook/eectest.html) and see if that turns
anything up.

Jason
