[Shotimes] Cooling Fan Problem - How to troubleshoot?

 Ignore the 542 code. It does not appear to mean anything. Seems to come up
if the car is stalled? Can you swap the relay box under the black plastic on
top of the radiator with another SHO? I think it's only working part time?
Does the fan turn easy or does it drag? Could be pulling too much juice and
has a hard time getting started. When you checked that the fan did not come
on with the A/C, did you check for voltage at the plug at that time? No code
is set if the fan or relay box go bad.
