[Shotimes] UPDATE : Cooling Fan Problem - How to
troubleshoot?

UPDATE:
Just heated it up again with meter on the connector.
Cold, I turned on the AC, have 14 volts.
Turned AC off, stayed at 14 volts for about 3 minutes
then down to zero
Temp gauage got up to the N in Normal before I got
voltage at the connector again.
I let it cool down a littl and did a KOEO and saw the
voltage kick up to 12 volts for about 3 or 5 seconds
during the test.
I would conclude for this that even though fan spins
freely and I got it spinning some how earlier, it
seems to be taking too much juice and it needs to be
replaced or rebuilt.
Agree, other things to test?
