[Shotimes] Fog lights dead ('90)

Slow day!

OK - I RTFM and it said that there is a special fuse for the fog lights
"behind" the fuse box.

I'll be damned if I can find it.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Does anyone know offhand what could cause no power to the fog lights on my
'90?
 
I haven't checked voltages yet, but I assume there is none - the bulb has
resistance, the mini-harness that the bulb plugs into has resistance (when
the bulb is plugged in), and the indicator light on the switch is lit
(dimly) and toggles off and on when I press the switch.
 
If I can't get a quick suggestion, I'll have to go deeper into it.
