[Shotimes] Fog lights dead ('90)

It's weird and I don't know why but that is a inline fuse and is the only
one in the car! I had to remove the headlight switch and then shine a light
and dig around in the harness to find it. Maybe you can find it by looking
up under the dash but I could not. Not enough room or light. It should be
taped somewhat out of sight. Why they did not use a fuse in the fuse block
instead of an inline one I don't know.
