[Shotimes] Spedometer problems...

Ok here goes, about a week ago while driving on the freeway, I noticed a
high pitch noise coming from the instrument cluster area of the dash and
took note that the speedometer was reading an insane speed well over what I
thought it should, as I was only going slightly over the speed limit of 70
the last time I glanced at the speedometer.

 

I believe it somewhat due to the colder weather we are having in Michigan,
as it didn't do this when it was warmer.

 

Things I noticed,

1)       High pitch buzzing/grinding

2)       Speedometer needle RAISES speed around 10-15MPH

3)       Thunking the dash temporarily remedies #1 and #2

4)       The speedometer needle bobs drastically at any speed

5)       Problem does not effect the Trip or Odometer

 

Anyone had this problem? Or know of a fix?
