[Shotimes] Anyone Heard of a Sub Frame Bushing Recall?

I was told over the phone by the service manager at my
local pep boys that the clunking coming from the
drivers side of the engine compartment during high
torque situations was due to a sub frame bushing that
has torn away from the frame.  He stated that this was
covered by a ford recall and I should go down to the
dealer and get it replaced for free.  Anyone heard of
this or is he pulling my leg?
