There were SHO-specific service manual supplements in 1989 and 1996,
and a SHO-FFV EVT manual supplement in 1996.
I agree that they're easier/faster to use in book form than CD,
although the CD info can always be printed out, and most Ford service
manual CDs contain the factory service manuals, EVT manuals, and PCED
manuals for either all F-L-M car models or all F-L-M truck/van/SUV
models for a particular year. The first year the CDs were available
was 1992, and all car/truck/van/SUV info was on one CD that year.
I have several available (book form and original CDs), and they're
usually all over Ebay also (although most CDs on Ebay are copies, if
that matters to you).
