Not too hard to do if the nuts have been replaced. Jack up one side and
remove the bolt take out the old bushing the nuts and bolts ( 4 of these10mm
I think) file 2 groves and install new bushing. The bolt and nut kit is
under $15. New bushings are the latest style Ford P/N (F3DZ-5400155-A
absorber, FIDZ-5400396-A absorber). Need one of each for each side, I paid
under $60 for the bushings. SHONUT sells them probably for less than your
dealer. You can tell if the nuts have been replaced by lifting the carpet
and there will be a 2" plug over the holes. On one of the SHOs I had a
cracked nut. To replace the nuts if not done you will need a 2" holesaw for
your drill. Instructions are in the kit where to drill holes. Bend the tabs
with a pry bar replace the nuts. Without having to drill -1/2 hour per side.
