[Shotimes] Codes 176 & 214

I'd suspect cam sensor. You definatelt got the 214 code plus the slow to
start symptom. When mine went bad, it acted very sporadically, going lean,
CE light, stumbling, throwing lots of other codes like O2. It is used
primarily during start-up but the engine apparently does monitor its output
while driving. And if it varies, it drives the ECM haywire. Antifreeze is
often suspected with killing the crank sensor. Maybe oil would do the same
thing?
Why don't you just unplug it and see how it runs? It shouldn't be sporadic
then.
