[Shotimes] Funky electronic analog Speedo gauge (was Re: [Shotimes] Speedometer question)

This reminds me about a Chevy Malibu I rented a few weeks ago.  I was
staring at the speedo for a few days and what was odd was that the usual
markings for MPH and KPH were missing and was replaced by an indicator
that simply stated MPH.  I then realized that the center dash had a menu
system that allowed English vs Metric to be selected.  So I'm tooling down
the GSP and select Metric setting, and zing, the needle on the speedo
jumps from about 75 to 130-ish.  Very slick!!!

I wonder how long it will be before someone catches on to this little
trick I left Hertz...  : )
