Nah, you need at least MAP gas on the studs. Getting them cherry-red, after
burning off all of the PB Blaster and other such chemicals you've tried on
there, can still leave you in a situation where three of four still break
off!!
For folks without a welding torch, MAP gas does work well anytime you need a
'flame wrench", better than propane. Also good for heating those pesky rear
pinch bolts, although those still snap occasionally.

Pretty sure I used a deep metric socket on all four of mine, had to vary the
extension length from medium to very long. If rusted try PB blaster, Even
stronger is Mopar brand rust remover, the rust literally melts off! I also
use a propane hand torch on stubborn bolts, get it red hot, and it should
come off easily.
