[Shotimes] Pennsylvania emmisions exemptions?

It's not TOO bad... basically good shocks, working brakes within standards..
pads and rotors cant' be too thin, good tires... must pass the penny test,
obviously the lights must all work, not significant rust affecting the
stablity of the car, working defrost, horn, e-brake and a road test. No
cracked glass either.....
