[Shotimes] Pennsylvania emmisions exemptions?

Speaking of Penn, what is their "safety inspection" for new residents like?
I live in WA state and we have no such inspection process that I'm aware of.
I've heard some of these state anal exams can be quite intensive.

Not, that I plan on driving hoop-dees on the road, but I'd like to know what
I'm likely to face in PA before the time comes.
