[Shotimes] Pennsylvania emmisions exemptions?

you'd have to get classics or antique plates for it so it is EXCLUDED from
ANY emmissions tests... just keep in mind, Antique plates here do not allow
the vehilcle to be operated after the sun goes down... that's why my 65
Studebaker is registered as a classic.
