>From what I understand, the Quaife is a 5-spd only option which transmits
the power to the wheel with the most traction opposed to the stock
differential which puts the power to the wheel with the least traction. It
also corrects the dif-pin shearing problem. I may be wrong so any experts
out there please correct me. If that's true what would be the next weak link
in the drivetrain? I had the atx rebuilt a while back from a competent local
tranny shop....not aamco....and they did a great job. IMO if you can find a
competent atx mechanic, he (or she) can pretty much tailor the shifting to
your liking.
