[Shotimes] Exhaust manifold leak

You can do it with an MTX car.  (I haven't tried on an ATX car.)  The hard
part is getting the heat shield off so you can get to the main bolts.  I did
this on mine years ago so I could replace the o-rings in that A/C connection
right behind the manifold.
