[Shotimes] Exhaust manifold leak...clanking noise

Ed,

The clanking noise on your 90 may be related to worn rod bearings. Have they been replaced yet? If not, replace them PRONTO.

Assuming this is the cause of the clanking noise, it will be a lot easier (and cheaper)  to replace the bearings and get the 90 running than to fix the 91's leak.

I'm sure others on this board will have other suggestions to what could be causing the clanking noise.
