As Mark mentions, this is why HP numbers don't mean much.....HP is purely a
mathematical calculation. Torque is what it's all about.

BUT....:)....does not make much more torque than the SHO, or any high
performance n/a 3.0L engine.

There is only so much sheer turning force a given x discplacement engine can
make.  But if you can make that X amount of torque @ 18,000 rpm, then yeah
you can make 900 hp :)  The power at that point is made via mechanical
torque ala gearing.
