[Shotimes] Sho Shop y-pipe w/cats...Equal lenght it is not

I'm in the middle of finally putting this equal length Y-pipe on, and I thought the new "snaky" arm (from cyl 1-3) looked longer than the other arm. So I measured them, and sure enough the new snaky arm is about 2" longer (~20") than the other arm (~18").

So why didn't Vadim make it truly equal length? Looks like there's plenty of room that he could have moved the cat 2" forward and increased the lenght of the short collector pipe by 2" to compensate for the move?
