[Shotimes] universal throttle cable innards?

Although it has been a while since I've dealt with this problem by using a new Ford
cable, I know of a couple of SHO owners who have used bicycle cable and kept the
cable housing. A bike shop can probably put the right ends on it. Getting it the
exact length is important; if it is too long, you can't get WOT :( or too short and
the gas pedal is higher.
