[Shotimes] door handle redux

Well, the answer to my door handle problem was copious amounts
of lubricant.  The driver's door handle mechanism was the dirtiest
and rustiest of all.  Some spray lubricant, both from the inside and
outside, freed it up.  Even the outside handle springs back after
using it now.  I'm happy now.  : )
