I have done 15.0 flat in the 1/4 consistently in my old red 89....
It was a bare bone option 211a with no moonroof and a new clutch and gutted
cats....
If that helps at all...
If in good running order....i wouldnt accept anything less than a 15.2 or
faster...
Just make sure you get that traction in the beginning....
