[Shotimes] Power steering pressure switch (does it have a purpose?)

Frank:
 The PSPS lets the computer know when to raise the idle for the extra load
of the PS pump. You should see erratic idle and possible engine dying when
turning the wheel at idle. I don't think above idle it should have any
effect.
