Well, the easiest way to test the fan is to run the KOEO test... if you
don't know how to work the paper clip trick, go out and buy a cheap code
scanner for ford cars and run the KOEO test by the directions in the book,
the fan should run at both speeds during the tests. If they don't, the code
scanner will return codes for an inop fan.
