My 92 was originally a CA car, and when I had it tested for emissions in GA
a couple of times, it was well under the NOx level.  When I swapped the car
to 49 state and dumped the EGR, the NOx doubled on the next test, but still
passed (but not by a bunch).  Was interesting to observe if nothing else.
