[Shotimes] glue and amperage for LED tail lamps

I have a Grote variable rate direct fit flasher
installed now. It works perfectly until I turn the
lights on. Then it flashes very quickly. If you use
the stock flasher, it will flash rapidly as well. The
stock flasher does this because it thinks that the
tail lights have blown out. Some people add resistors
inline but they get so hot they can actually be a fire
hazard. I would only do this as a last ditch effort
and install heatsinks and clay around them.
