[Shotimes] Never say never re gas prices

Something I'm wondering about.  So we're paying $2.50 for a gallon.  What do
THEY pay.  You can't tell me that the millions of Chinese who make squat can
play that game?

I'm sure they bleed off a significant amount, but just how much does the
average Chinese pay to fill up their VW?
