[Shotimes] Feul Pump

The fuel pump in Debbie's '93 was noisy since 1997.  It finally died two
months ago.

Probably what happened is the Removal and replacement of the tank 
disturbed the mounting and maybe removed some of the insulation between 
the tank and body.  Thus why you hear it louder now.

Basic rule on SHO fuel pumps is once they get to the point of you 
noticing them as noisy, it is time to replace.  It could work for a year 
or two that way, or it could go out quick.  Better to replace sooner 
rather than later.
