[Shotimes] Leaking Tranny Pan

Greetings,
My small leak from my transmission pan has gone from small to large.  Should I go looking for a gasket or just get some RTV and hope that does it?  I haven't been able to find the gasket on line, but I've not looked everywhere yet.  It seems to be coming from beneath some bolts, but they're tight and around the edges, so RTV should work, right?
Also, while I was under there, taking a look, I noticed that one of the bolts that seems to go through the oil pan into the tranny is gone.  Are these just standard bolts I can buy at the Depot?  It's the one right above the oil drain plug, perpendicular to it's position.  I know that's vague, but these are standard type bolts, correct?  Does anyone have the size and thread type?
