Oh, I don't know, he got my sympathy.  That law sounds like an annoying
PITA.  I don't live in NJ or Oregon so I can see where the writer's coming
from.  25 minutes for a fill up??  I would have exploded from frustration
after about 10.

Yeah, the full serve law can be annoying but I think
that most of us have learned to cope with it in
different ways. The writer would have a bit more of my
sympathy if he didn't come off as such a whining
crybaby.
