This can be just as bad- most cars have interior releases for the gas filler
door.  Finding those in an unfamiliar car can try your patience.  A few
years ago I had do to a lot of travelling for business and it seemed that
every rental car was a different brand or model.  I would stop to fill up
the car in my hurried trip back to the airport and sometimes it would be
hard to find the release for the filler door.  Being late for your flight
didn't help.
